One of my best friends and I took a cake decorating course in 2008 in hopes that we could ‘attempt’ to make her wedding cake. After a couple months, hours of baking, too much spatula licking and much needed practise in making fondant….. wa la! The final masterpiece. I don’t know if the guests were more impressed that we made it, or if we were more impressed we pulled it off. You never know what your capable of until you give it a go…
