This cake was for my dad’s 50th birthday. I was in a rush to finish this before dinner reservations… and I was fumbling for decorating ideas until I scoured through my cuboards and realized I had a couple packages of chocolate cookies so I figured it was worth a shot. It turned out pretty good and I think my dad was just happy to have dessert made for him!
