Nursery DIY Projects

Hey everyone! I hope you are all having a great week so far! I’ve been praying for one more hot summer day this week so I can soak up some sun before the September long weekend rolls around. This cloudy weather is not welcome until after August….

I can’t believe how fast summer has gone by, that I go back to work next week, and that it’s almost September!! But most of all I can’t believe we are heading into my due date month!!!! I am getting so darn excited and with everything prepared and ready for baby… I am actually super excited to go back to work for two weeks so I can do something other than pace around my nursery all day!

Unfortunately, since we are a lot further behind in our garage renovations than anticipated, the last diy project for our nursery has been put on the back burner. My hubby is working so hard on getting the renovations done before baby and since I’m not fit to be using a table saw or painting furniture, our diy dresser makeover can wait. But I thought that since I’ve posted the nursery reveal I would post all the diy projects together. So for those of you that start feeling the crafting itch once fall rolls around, you can refer back to this post for inspiration! I have had so much fun putting together this little room and I cannot wait to see our little son in it! I hope he loves his room as much as I do. After all…..I will be spending a lot of time in there over the next little while. As for today…. time to put my freshly pedicured feet up and enjoy some afternoon reading! Have a great day!!

  1. This nursery is stunning!!! I have the hardest time ever picking paint colors. Can you tell me what color gray the walls are??

  2. It looks amazing! Love the striped wall. :)

  3. Your nursery is beautiful! What a lucky baby. Great job putting it all together and on all of your DIY projects.
